ALGEACELL + Detox - The algae is making waves again!

Algae image AALGEACELL + Detox
In biogas plants with high levels of inhibitors such as ammonia or mould toxins, process disruptions and efficiency losses often occur. As the amount of these inhibitors increases, the degradation efficiency decreases and the diversity of methane producers decreases. The consequences are, on the one hand, insufficient biogas production and a thickening of the fermenter with the same feed. On the other hand, the residual methane gas potential in the fermentation product increases.
In order to return to maximum substrate utilisation, it is necessary to reduce the effect of inhibitors on the microorganisms and stimulate bacterial growth again. ALGEACELL + Detox has precisely these positive properties by neutralising mould toxins and other toxins in the fermenter using an innovative additive based on a highly effective bioactivator and releasing messenger substances. These activate cell growth and lead to increased enzyme production.
At the same time, the alginate content in the product achieves homogenisation and good mixing of the fermenter contents. The floating layer formation often associated with inhibition is effectively prevented.
ALGEACELL + Detox promotes the adaptation of the existing microorganisms to the changing load, especially when operating the system with frequently changing substrates and a high proportion of farmyard manure.
